Automatic, stainless steel, 4-head rotary, chuck capper capable of speeds from 40 to 120 caps per minute – depending on cap, container and configuration. Caps size: up to 120mm with correct change parts. Containers: up to 6 1/2" diameter. Equipped with 5" conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, star wheel discharge, cap hopper, cap sorting disc with chute, cap to chuck transfer disc and four chuck stations. Mounted on stainless steel frame with adjustable feet.

Pneumatic Scale, Complete, automatic, stainless steel, net weigh filling and capping line rated from 20 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. All 316 stainless steel contact parts. Line consists of Pneumatic Scale 24 head net weigh filler and 8 head capper with 3A Pneumatic Scale cap sorter and is line shaft driven. Container screw feed between filler and capper for positive container handling with positive cut off nozzles, no bottle / no fill, CIP system, 35 gallon jacketed pressure supply tank and interlocked lexan guarding. Control panel has touch screen interface controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame. Last running cough syrup.

12 Head rotary chuck capper rated from 160 to 450 containers per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Containers size range: up to 4-1/2" in Diameter; up to 6" Oval; up to 14-1/2" in Height. Cap size range: 13mm to 89mm in Diameter. Equipped with 3-1/4" wide by 144" long conveyor, screw to star wheel in feed, container body clamps, integrated rotary disc cap feeder, cap shoot, cap button transfer arm, air chuck heads set on 6-1/2" centers, turret guarding, no bottle / no cap and star wheel discharge. Mounted on B style frame with enamel coating. Change parts required to accommodate size range of container and cap.

Pneumatic Scale, Model TC450-10C, plugger equipped with 52" long x 4½" wide container conveyor has 48" long worm screw to star wheel container handling, no container / no cap, (10) pluggers set on 5½" centers to star wheel discharge and (1) 28" long x 4½" wide discharge with (1) 28" long x 4½" wide reject lane conveyor. Remote Control panel has A/B Panelview 1000 HMI touch screen controls and stop, start and e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety door guarding and statis light bar.
