Poly Pak, Model PH24, automatic, stainless steel shrink bundler. Bundle size: up to 11" in Length; up to 17" in Width; up to 9½" in Height. Equipped with a 12" wide x 116" long infeed conveyor, pneumatic push arm thru 24" wide seal bar. Heat tunnel aperture: 28" Wide; 14" High; 40" long chamber. Additionally features A/B PLC, Siko gauges, low film sensors and cooling fan. Mounted casters and leveling legs. Rate dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.

Single zone shrink tunnel with 13" high x 27" wide aperture x 58" long heat chamber with 25" wide x 112" long product roller conveyor running thru heat tunnel. Poly Pack, Model Clearprint 32L Series, Shrink wrapper with print registration, produces bullseye wraps using either clear, random printed or print registered film, with speeds up to 60 wraps per minute in single lane and 120 in wraps dual lane. Maximum bundle size: 21" Length; 28" Width; 14" in Height. Equipped with 28" wide x 220" long hand load lugged product in feed conveyor set on 16" centers. Side mounted carriage film roll with 30" width and 20" OD on 3" OD core. Shrink tunnel has 16" high x 38" wide aperture x 100" long chamber with 30" wide x 160" long belt thru tunnel with (3) enclosed top mounted fans and (1) bottom discharge cooling fan. Control Panel has PLC controller with touch screen HMI has shrink wrap start and stop with tunnel start, reset, stop push buttons and infeed / outfeed zone controllers with e-stop, vari-speed controllers and statis light bar. Poly Pack, Model FIL-24-32CHL, In-line, intermittent motion, stainless steel, full shrink wrap closure, shrink wrapping system. Rated from 1 to 25 cycles per minute with number of product and wraps – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Uses forming head to wrap products rectangle or round and everything from small trays to 12 foot or longer rolls with proper chang parts. Equipped with 106" long x 10" wide product in feed belt conveyor, to vacuum stabilizing belt with product indexing and accumulation section thru fixed product forming plow, has 36" long side film and dancer rollers. Seal jaw and tunnel section has 26" wide teflon coated hot knife sealing jaws, 84" long x 24" wide thru the tunnel roller conveyor with 28" wide x 18" high aperature x 56" long heat shrink chamber with top mounted circulation fan. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B Panview and touch pad controls with readout, seal jaw and tunnel heater controllers, start / stop / e-stop push buttons, cage style safety guarding. Both mounted on stainless steel base frame with leveling legs.

Poly Pak Model; PH16, Automatic, stainless steel shrink bundler and tunnel rated from 1 to 30 bundles per minute with number of product per bundle – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 6" wide x 108" long right angle product in feed conveyor and upstacker with single head product loading pusher arm, 16" wide seal bars with 14" of vertical travel and upper and lower 16" long film mandrels with 12" in maximum OD; on 3" OD core and low film detection. Control panel has PLC controller and LED display with tunnel and seal bar temperature controls, power on, master start, stop and statis light bar.
Tunnel specifications: Single zone heat shrink tunnel with 14" High x 20" Wide aperture; 40" in Length chamber, 76" long x 18" wide stainless steel roller conveyor and blower package. Both mounted on stainless steel base frames

Poly Pack, Model FH-24-32C, intermittent motion, stainless steel, shrink bundling system. Rated from 1 to 30 wraps per minute – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Can accomodate pack patterns up to 48" long x 24" wide x 14" high. Bundler: Equipped with 170" long x 6" wide product in feed belt conveyor, indexing and accumulation sections to pass product through film, up to 32" in width, with hot wire film cut-off jaws. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls and readout, start / stop / e-stop push buttons, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Dual bottom film carriages with specifications: up to 24" in Width; up to 20" in Diameter; on 3" Diameter core. Tunnel: Equipped with 30" wide x 14" high total aperture, with 40" long heating chamber, 104" long x 25½" wide mesh conveyor, temperature and air flow controls. Both mounted on on stainless steel common base frame with casters.
