Ross Model HDM 110, high speed, high shear, batch mixer. Stainless steel wetted contact parts. Equipped with 46" long x 1-1/2" diameter shaft and 6" diameter general purpose slotted disintegrating head with 10 Hp motor. Mounted on locking casters. Rates dependent on materials and application.

Equipped with flat top, 16" OD flip-up / clamp down man way, center bridge mounted 25 Hp scrape surface agitator, 50 Hp high speed saw tooth mixer and (3) CIP spray balls. Dish bottom has 3½" OD / 3"ID Tri-Clamp center bottom discharge with 23" floor clearance. Mounted on (4) leg painted frame.

Equipped with full vacuum up to 29.50 Hg, jacketed pressure rated up to 100 psi. with variable high speed, independently driven, high speed hear homogenizing and scrape surface agitation. Has 3-1/4" sight port, temperature probe and 2" ball valve discharge and vacuum pump. Start, stop and e-stop push button controls.

Equipped with 100 psi steam jacket and vacuum cover rated up to 29" Hg vacuum, model DS-2 hydraulic discharge press, (2) 3/4" ID threaded vacuum ports, vacuum gauge, (2) 3" inlets/sight glasses, safety switch, temperature probe port and Sterling variable speed gear reducer. Mounted on base frame with casters.

Ross, Model VB-001, 1 ft³, 304 stainless steel, jacketed and vacuum rated, vertical cone blender. Vessel dimensions: 22" top diameter; 29" deep cone. Equipped with a clamp down cover, electric cone lift powered by a ½ hp drive, (1) 3¾"OD / 3"ID I-Line style charge port, (1) 2¾"ID sight glass, dual action Nauta mixer with .33 hp arm drive / ½ hp screw drive and 2" NPT bottom discharge valve with 17" clearance (with cone in the up position). Control panel with independent push button start / stop and variable speed control dials for orbital arm and screw and a raise / off / lower switch for the lift.
