Wepackit Machinery Model 350CPSS, automatic, stainless steel, top load, pick n place case packer for corrugate cases, trays and standard dairy cases and is capable of loading (4) cases at a time with number of containers and cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 6oz – 5 lbs on variety of dairy containers. Case size range: per application. Equipped with (3) sections of 10" wide plastic delran case in feed, thru machine and discharge conveyor sections with (1) 14" wide section of plastic delran product.
In feed conveyor has dual rotary product indexers to 3 lane product diverters to product loading section with 14" wide pic n place product conveyor and (4) suction cup end-effector product pick and place packing heads to (2) 22" long x 16" wide locator guides for unobstructed product to case entry with product layer pad inserting system and will repeat cycles until cases are completely packed. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with panel view operator interface and A/B Power Flex vari speed controller with Power Flex Touchpad controller and e-stops. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame with interlock safety door guarding and status light bar. FDA and UL approved.

Capable of loading (6) cases at a time at 10 cycles per minute, number of containers and cases – depending on materials, application, and machine configuration. Equipped with 13¾" wide x 274" long (4) lane Intralox style infeed belt with pneumatic lane diverter, 10" wide x 364" long rubber belt case conveyor with pneumatic gate indexing, (6) head (12) suction cup product pick and place heads, will repeat cycles until cases are completely packed. Control panel has an AB PLC with push button reset, pick-up jog, box abort and E-stop. Control switches for product conveyor on / off / auto, box conveyor on / off / auto and head manual / auto. Mounted on stainless steel base with lock down safety guarding. Capable of handling tubs, bottle, cans, cartons, sacks and thermoform trays with proper change parts.
