TeeMark S-200, semi-automatic, vertical, single chamber, areosol can crusher, cans per minute - depends on size and operator dexterity. Equipped with 8" Long x 6-1/2" Wide x 13" High hand load crushing chamber with up to 12,000 lbs of crushing down force, flip open door, (2) pneumatic control handles and a 12" OD / 11" ID center bottom discharge port for 5 gallon pail. Top mounted 26" long single hydraulic ram arm, with 9 second cycle time and centrifugal blower package, has push button start / stop crusher and blower controls.
Process: Operator insets can into chamber closes door and pulls (2) pneumatic control handles to start the process and able to handle different size cans with wide range of contents. Separates liquid content from the propellants and VOC'S, removes and captures 99% of the contents and blower pulls fumes from in and around the crushing chamber.
