Filler Cup Inline. An inline cup filler fills and seals cups using straight line tooling to index cups. The machine de-nests cups, indexes the cups below the filler where the cups are filled, indexes the cups below the sealing head where the cups are sealed, and indexes the cups to the discharge station where the cups are discharged. Multiple lanes of cups to be processed simultaneously by this type of machine (depending on original machine configuration) allowing for greater machine output. Machine can be outfitted with either pre-cut or roll stock film seals, overlid applicator, and different filling heads for different types of products.
Autoprod Model ZP1X4, Stainless steel, wipe-down 1 x 4 inline cup filler heat sealer rated from 20 to 120 cups per minute – depending on material and application. Equipped with cup denester, agitated product hopper, (4) 16 ounce pistons with (4) bottom up filling heads and roll stock film with heat sealing section. Control panel has Allen Bradley PLC controller with start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons and on / off switches and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Automatic 1 by 3 in-line cup filler. Size range: up to 5" in Diameter; up to 7" in Height. Equipped with denest station, three 32 ounce pistons with rotary valves, over lid station and discharge. Speed dependant on materials and application.

Automatic, S/S, 1 x 3 , USDA – wash down, intermittent motion piston style cup filler. Capable of a container size range to 5" diameter and height to 7 ". Equipped with 32 ounce piston with rotary valve capable of down to a 7.25oz fill. Shuttle type overlidder with magazine that are well suited for the "tamper evident " and flat style lids. Automatic container eject. Unit will denest container from a magazine, fill product, overlid and discharge container. Can be used with either paper or plastic containers. Fill range: 0.5 to 16.9 onces, container size range 67.4 mm to 70mm OD and 55.2mm to 77.5mm in Height (with proper change parts). Has 9" index and denests, fills, and foil heat seals the containers. Equipped with dual (10) lane cup denester, 55" long x 5-1/4" wide (10) pocket cup carrier with 3-1/4" ID pockets set on 5" centers and has dual (10) head piston filling banks, with 1-1/4" OD positive cut off filling nozzles and (4) jacketed product hoppers (2) for each bank of filling heads, with product temperatures from 35°F to 45°F, reciprocating pre-cut, foil lid pic-n-place (10) lane heat sealing station and container discharge section. Osgood, Model 6400, (6) lane, inline, stainless steel, single index, FOB, (fruit on bottom) tamper evident cup filler, heat sealer and over lid applicator rated from 24 to 240 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All stainless steel construction. Equipped with (6) lane pick and place cup denster, (2) 24" x 24" stainless steel product hoppers, with dual (6) servo driven pistons one for the FOB (fruit on bottom) and the other for the product (yogart) with 3/4" OD positive cut off nozzels up to (3) flavor capacity. 24" long x 4" wide cup carriers with (6) 3" ID cup pockets set on 5" centers, roll stock film and heat sealing stations with knife cut off assemblies and 45" long (6) lane powered roller, lid magazine and snap on over lid application section. Equipped with (3) lane cup denster, stainless steel product hopper, (3) servo driven piston filler with 4" ID x 6½" long pistons with positive cut off nozzels, roll stock film and heat sealing stations with knife assemblies, 48" long (3) lane powered roller lid magazine and snap on over lid section. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with touch screen HMI controls with start, stop, e-stop push button and statis light. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame. Designed for a wide range of both dairy and food products from liquid, to viscous to pumpable into pre-made containers (with proper change parts). Hinds Bock Model SC-1330, automatic, inline stainless steel, empty cup denester, filler and lidder. Rated from 5 to 60 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and size fill. Equipped with 64" long x 6" wide plastic Delrin conveyor thru filling section and 72" long x 6" wide flexlink conveyor thru lidding section with 32" infeed / discharge heights. 40" long empty cup magazine with spinning rod cup denester and low stack alarm, places cups on conveyor to Bimba cup indexing for filling (choice of filler per application) then to lid applicator with 48" long automatic roller lid magazine and compression section, with no container, no fill, no lid system. Control panel has PLC controller and A/B Panel View touch pad controls with cycle start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (6) leg frame with locking casters.

Orics Ind Model 2 lane, inline, stainless steel, cup / tray denster, filler, roll stock film, heat sealer and over lidder, with number of trays / cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size and fill volume per application (with proper change parts). Equipped with 150" long cup / tray conveyor has 17" long x 7-1/2" wide carrier plates with dual 4" long x 3-1/2" wide rectangle tray pockets, (2) 36" long tray de-nest magazines, filling section (type filler is per application). automatic film roll stock feeder and rewinder with dual die cut heat sealing stations and dual lid magazines with applicators.
