Fully automatic, 304 stainless steel, air controlled screw extractor / finisher capable of an input capacity of 8 to 10 gallons per minute, and screen hole size of .010in to .250in. Features a uniform screw flight depth and air valve, fully adjustable air loaded valve, special non-staining alloy screen (for longer life than stainless steel), a 2" threaded O.D. inlet, a 1 1/2" threaded O.D. liquid outlet, and a fluid pump. Air loaded valve maintains uniform pressure at various throughputs to give predictable pomace dryness. Equipped with a pneumatic end of screen opening (open / close) adjustable for opening size with screws. Designed for small volumes, for extracing juice from non-stone fruit (pears, citrus, tomatoes), for pie fillings, for jelly operations, and to dewater many food products.

S/S, MFG by American Casade batch style general purpose washer for raw or processed vegetables with 42" diameter by 54" long, dual chamber washing drum with 1/4" perforations. Water is circulated though system while product drum rotates for cleansing of all sides of product. Split drum allows two different products to be run during same cycle. Cuttler Hammer controls. Water temperature gauge. Last used to wash root vegetables in a food application.
