Tape case erectors are designed to erect cases from pre-scored flat corrugated blanks and close and seal the bottom of the case with a strip of tape. Tape case erectors can either erect the cases with the case opening facing up vertically or with the case opening facing out horizontally. Tape case erectors are designed to use either two inch wide or three inch wide tape depending on the type of taping head that is mounted on the tape case erector.
Wexxar, Model WF30T, Automatic, in line right to left case erector, bottom tape sealer. Rated from 5 to 30 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 7¼" to 18" in Length; 7¼" to 14" in Width; 6" to 15" in Height and erects both RSC and HSC cases. Equipped with 62" long (2) belt powered blank case magazine, pin and dome case forming plates, minor and major flap closers, case pusher bar, 3" Dekka flip up tape head and 32" long x 3" wide dual side belt discharge section. Control panel has touch screen HMI and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs and safety door guarding.

Wexxar, Model WF-20T, Automatic, in line case erector, bottom taper. Rated from 5 to 20 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 7¼" to 18" in Length; 7¼" to 14" in Width; 6" to 16" in Height. Equipped with 62" long blank case magazine, pin and dome case erecting system, minor and major flap closers, 2" bottom tape head, with 32" long x 3" wide side case gripper belts. Control panel has touch screen HMI controller Mounted on (4) leveling leg frame with slide door safety guarding.

Equipped with 64" long (2) belt powered blank case magazine, pin and dome case forming plates, minor and major flap closers, pusher bar, 3" tape head with 32" long x 12" wide dual side discharge conveyor belts. Control panel has A/B controller and panel view touch screen controls with reset and e-stop push button controls with status light bar. Mounted on (4) leg frame with slide door safety guarding and leveling legs.
