RPM Robotic Packaging, Model TL4, Compact, robotic top loading carton loader, inspects, collates and loads wrapped or bagged products into cartons cases or flighted infeeds. Rated up to 450 products or 60 cases or cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum case size: 30" in Length; 11" in Width; 14" in Height. Product infeed accepts randomly spaced product and rejects them if they are out of specification. Servo-driven collator indexes on demand and cantilevered design allows the TL4 to be incorporated into existing packaging lines without modifying conveyors and has proprietary RPM-designed (2) axis robot with 20-pound payload and Tool-less changeover in a matter of minutes. Erected case or tray size range: 8" to 23" in Length; 6" to 22" in Width; 1" to 14" in Depth and capable of handling flexible, ridgid or semi-ridgid product into any type of case, tray or other shipping containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 16" wide x 226" long empty case conveyor belt, 21" wide x 48" long vacuum belt product infeed, 21" wide x 132" long product indexing belt, 3 head / 2 axis, servo driven pick and place loading section which picks product from the side product conveyors to the empty case or tray conveyor. Combi America Model Alpha Pack, automatic, left handed, stainless steel, case erector / multi axis pic n place, case packer rated from 8 to 20 picks or 2 to 8 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and configuration. Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 16" in Width; 5" to 16" in Height. and is capable of packing single or multiple layers. Equipped with 44" long blank case magazine, suction cup pic-n-place, minor and major flap closers, with 46" long x 8" wide rubber belt case conveyor with pusher bar, 128" long x 15" wide slip torque product conveyor running parallel to (2) head multi-axis servo driven pick n place system, with interlock Lexan safety guarding. Control panel has controller and Alphapack operator touchpad interface controller with conveyor speed controller, start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar. Wepackit, Model 350CP, 3-axis, automatic, top load, pick and place, case packer. Capable of loading (6) cases at a time at 10 cycles per minute, number of containers and cases – depending on materials, application, and machine configuration. Equipped with 13¾" wide x 274" long (4) lane Intralox style infeed belt with pneumatic lane diverter, 10" wide x 364" long rubber belt case conveyor with pneumatic gate indexing, (6) head (12) suction cup product pick and place heads, will repeat cycles until cases are completely packed. Control panel has an AB PLC with push button reset, pick-up jog, box abort and E-stop. Control switches for product conveyor on / off / auto, box conveyor on / off / auto and head manual / auto. Schubert, Model TLM, two-axis, servo driven, robotic case packing machine was designed for use with hooded tray. Rated from 5 to 30 cycles per minute – depending on pack pattern, materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 4½" wide x 164" long product infeed conveyor to a 58" long side loading grouping chain with ¾" long x 3¾" wide x 2¾" deep pockets. Trays travel on an 84" long lugged conveyor on 18" centers. In the first station product is transfered from infeed belt to tray with a (12) head vacuum suction pick and place two-axis robot. Second station includes (2) 3" wide x 32" long powered magazines for leaflet insert, reciprocating pick and place to grab insert from magazine and a (2) head two-axis robotic arm that picks the insert from the reciprocating arm, places literature, closes the hooded tray and then transfers the filled case to a 4¾" wide x 218" long discharging conveyor. System is controlled by a touch screen interface and is mounted on a heavy duty frame with lexan guarding.
