HMI Heinzen, inclined cleated wash tank designed to wash dirt and other debris from buoyant product with amount of product per minute – depending on product being run and belt speed. Equipped with 42" wide x 77" long x 40" deep water trough with 12" wide x 112" long incline cleated white plastic product discharge belt with 2" high cleats set on 12" centers and has discharge height of 68" with top motor drive. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg frame. Tenderleaf wash equipment for many fresh cut product applications such as lettuce, carrot tomatos, broccoli, cauliflower and many more.

Vanmark 6 roller, stainless steel, abrasive, scrubber, peeler rated up to 10,000 lbs of patatos per hour – depending on machine configuration. All stainless steel construction. Equipped with 68" long x 48" wide inner stainless steel product chamber has top flip-up cover and 36" long product in feed chute with (6) 68" long x 4" OD, abrasive and bristle type scrub brushes and water spray valves and is rated up to 27 gallons of water per minute maximum with roller speed of 100 rpm to 550 rpm. Cone bottom has 6" OD center bottom port with 12" floor clearence. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.

Vanmark 304 stainless steel hydrolift, destoner and rinser. Rated from 1,000 lbs/Hr to 25,000 lbs/Hr – depending on application and machine configuration. (2) function operation (1) to rinse product and remove sand, stone, or any other non-floatable materials, and (2) to elevate product using a vertical auger which creates constant speed and water turbulance. TS design Inc, Model Jetted Flume Washer is a stainless steel, jet spray destoner designed to wash and remove stones and sand from leafy product with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. All 304 stainless steel construction with hydrosieve water filtration system that filters out particles 1/32" and larger. Equipped with 106" long x 32" wide x 22" deep wash trough with (7) 1/2" OD side mounted water jet spray nozzles set on 6" centers (7) each side and has 2-1/2" OD end bottom port. 64" long x 23" wide incline cleated product discharge conveyor with 20" wide x 1" high cleats set on 10" centers and 3/4 Hp top mounted motor drive with vari-speed controller and 71" discharge height. 68" long x 32" wide x 29" deep bottom solution trough with 2-1/2" OD end bottom port. Operation: The product is placed into the washer trough and the spray jets force the produce forward and down into the water and hydrosieve filter removes unwanted particles from the circulating water in trough and product exits on incline cleated conveyor.

Side bottom Tri-Clamp style discharge with 2½" OD / 2" ID with 27" ground clearence. Mounted on (4) leg base frame.

Equipped with 31" ID x 54" long stainless steel rotary drum section with 1" ID perforations and top spray bar supplied by a 1" NPT fitting. Magnuson Model WSO3060, stainless steel, brush style, product washer, scrubber, peeler rated up to 8,000 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All stainless steel construction. Equipped with 90" long x 21" wide stainless steel product chamber has 70" long x 22" wide top flip-up cover with 12" x 18" product port and (2) 5" x 5" sight ports with 1-1/2" OD threaded end water access port rated from 10 to 15 gallons of water per minute. End product gate discharge with chute and bottom cone shaped waste removal hopper with 10" x 19" discharge opening and 17" floor clearence. Unit designed to e ffectively wash sand, dirt and other debris from buoyant products. 48" wide x 150" long x 14" deep wash bin equipped with removable bottom screens with ¼" diameter holes, (6) top mounted spray bars, (8) bottom mounted spray bars, (11) horizontal spray nozzles on the infeed end, 2¼ " piped water infeed to sprayers, (6) 6" high agitation paddles, (2) 3" bottom ports and (1) 11"OD/6"ID 8-bolt pattern flange fitting for flood overflow. Product removed by a 47½" wide x 145" long incline cleated belt with 2" high cleats on 12" centers and a discharge height of 100".
