Bucket elevator conveyors move dry product or solid product to a high level. The conveyor takes the product at a low level and carries it to a high level in a bucket. At the top of the conveyor, the bucket rotates over and dumps the product out. The bucket then travels down the back side of the frame to be filled again. A bucket elevator has two chains which carry the buckets. The buckets are closely spaced together allowing for a nearly continuous flow of product.
Unitrak Corp, Model "S2" Tip Trak, Z style bucket elevator. Bucket speeds rated from 0 to 150 feet per minute. Equipped with plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 10½" long x 4½" wide x 5" deep, 50" long horizontal floor run at 22" in feed height, 128" vertical lift, 50" overhead horizontal top run, 129" discharge height and a 1 Hp drive. Mounted on A-frame base with casters. Volume of product dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.

Whiz Lifter "Z" style bucket elevator, Number of lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Product buckets with inside dimensions of 20" L x 9" W x 5" D. 24" Infeed, with 67" long horizontal floor (46" long workable fill area) to 166" vertical lift, overhead 60" long horizontal top run. 10" x 11" discharge funnel has 184" discharge height.

Universal Industrial, Z style bucket elevator. Number of lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 5" long x 11¾" wide x 2¾" deep and has 45" long horizontal floor run with a 24" long load area and 22" feed height to 118" vertical lift with a 19" wide frame, to 32" overhead horizontal top run with 13" x 13" discharge funnel with a 109" discharge height and 7" frame clearance. Powered by a 1½ HP side mounted motor drive. Control panel with on / off switch and variable speed control. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Stainless steel, Z style bucket elevator. Number of lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with white flexlink belt with inside dimensions of 11" long x 3" wide x 2" deep, set on 6" centers, has 72" long horizontal floor run with a 17" in-feed height to 132" vertical lift to 72" overhead horizontal top run and has 8" x 9½" discharge funnel with a 131" discharge height. Powered by a 1 Hp side mounted motor drive with on/off switch. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Meyer, Model PA45218S, Z style bucket elevator. Number of lbs of product per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 18" long x 5" wide x 2-3/4" deep and has 79" long horizontal floor run with a 30" in feed height to 182" vertical lift with a 27" wide frame, to 80" overhead horizontal top run and has an open end 185" discharge height. Powered by a 1½ HP top mounted motor drive.

"Z" Style bucket elevator. Horizontal floor run of 64"; 136" vertical lift; 29" horizontal top run; 142" discharge height. Buckets inside dimensions: 8" by 4-1/4" by 2-1/2" in Depth. Mounted on four leg base frame.

Cidiesse Engineering, Model ETD 83, Z style bucket elevator. Number of lbs of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 11¾" long x 7¾" wide x 5½" deep and has a 70" long horizontal floor run with bucket drop product idexing, 37" in feed height to 98" vertical lift with a 22" wide frame, to 133" overhead horizontal top run and has a 42" x 16" discharge opening with a 100" discharge height. Powered by a 1 HP side mounted motor drive. Control cabinet with on/off switches and variable speed controller.

Smalley mfg co., Model SP-24, stainless steel Z style bucket elevator. Number of lbs of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 23½" long x 4¼" wide x 2½" deep and has 44" long horizontal floor run with a 34" in feed height to 90" vertical lift with a 12" wide frame, to 32" overhead horizontal top run and has an open end 112" discharge height. Powered by a ½ HP top mounted motor drive. Mounted on casters.
OAD: 96" L x 53" W x 124" H
Aseeco ALS6CP "Z" style bucket elevator. Discharge height: 182". Horizontal floor run: 29"; Vertical travel; 206"; Overhead horizontal travel; 46". Equipped with 6" x 4.5" x 3" Deep product buckets. Currently set with dual discharge chutes of 6" x 12".
