A Conveyor Vibratory system uses a pan and a vibratory motor to move product forward due to the vibration of the pan. Â Vibratory conveyors are ideal for food-grade applications that require a sanitary and minimal maintenance solution. Â Ideal applications include:
FEC, Model X-Force, stainless steel vibratory feeder. Equipped with 21" wide x 144" long stainless steel bed with 5" side walls, stainless steel dust cover, 12" diameter top center charging port and (2) 8" diameter discharges on each end.
OAD: 216"L x 29"W x 30"H
Smalley Mfg Co, stainless steel, trough style vibratory feed conveyor with (12) product lanes and 2" wide troughs, with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 24" wide x 112" long conveying bed and has 12" high infeed side wall / 7" high discharge side wall, with open end discharge and 31" ground clearance. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

276"L x 24"W x 5"H S/S trough style vibratory conveyor discharging at 44"H which travels 262" before making a 45 deg turn then traveling 12" before discharging. Equipped with a 21"W x 4"H in feed lip that can discharge onto a 72"L x 10"W x 6"H vibratory conveyor which is equipped with a 22"L x 10"W grating area with 1/4" diameter holes

Commercial Manufacturing, Vibratory, separation, sizing and feed conveyor system with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with conveyor measuring: 192" Long x 36" Wide x 6" Deep. Single deck vibratory conveyor has top 84" Long x 36" Wide x 1" Deep, stainless steel, removable dewatering screens with 2.45mm opening and 76" L x 28" W excess product discharge chute. Remaining product drops down to dimpled section that has (30) ½" H troughs and right angled product discharge at end with 24" floor clearencel. (2) ? hp motor drives with saftey guarding. Mounted on a heavy duty stainless steel frame. Can be used for uniform large / small / right on product separtation without scalping.
OAD: 206" L x 74" W x 51" H
S/S vibratory conveyor measuring 260" (L) x 6" (D) x 18" (W) capable of 450 cubic feet/hr @ 20 fpm to 900 cubic feet/hr @ 40 fpm. Conveyor features an overhead mounted drive, an 8" x 18" pneumatically operated bottom discharge located 196" from one end and 62" from the other end and an 8" x 18" overflow discharge chute and the end of the conveyor, and a wash down motor.
