Modular design equipped with 236" (19.6 feet) long total, air tight tunnel area, polyurethane constructed, has removeable hoods that require no tooling or seals and maintain constant tempatures from entrance to exit with radiation air cooling from above and contact cooling from below. Suggested cooling temperatures chocolates 15 deg C and fat coatings 10 Deg C. and can handle up to a 24.8" wide product belt with refrigeration and evaporator units located in lower part of tunnel, compact drive section and control panel.

I & H, cooling tunnel four pass water spray cooling conveyor for cooling hot fill pouches. Equipped with four 30" wide interlocking conveyor. Each pass approximately 12' long with water spray from top and bottom of each pass with 6" clearance nozzles to belt. Pouches enter approximately 74" and discharge at approximately 31". Pouch clearance is 5"+.
