Fully automatic adjustable speed 8 head rotary cottoner is capable of running at speeds up to 240 cpm (depending on container size and cotton length) and set up on 6" centers. Unit runs from 1" - 5" lengths of cotton with proper change parts. Currently set up for 4" cotton length on 90cc and 120cc bottles. Equipped with a Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC, a Woods E-Trac AC inverter and adjustable speed conveyor, a 66" (L) x 3" (W) covered conveyor to worm screw to star wheel in feed and a starwheel out feed to a 24" (L) conveyor and enclosed by plexiglass. Unit sits on leveling legs. Last used in a pharmaceutical operation.
