Automatic, single high, bulk magnetic palletizer / depalletizer rated up to 10 sweeps per minute - depending on materials and application. Pallet size: up to 42" x 48". Equipped with a 50" wide x 324" long empty pallet infeed / filled can discharge conveyor, pallet hoist section with four sided squaring device, slip sheet remover / placer with a 44" wide x 156" wide slip accumulation conveyor, powered magnetic head, 56" wide x 264" long empty / filled container accumulation section, empty pallet conveyor with pallet stacker, push button operator interface, and A/B PLC.

Optional: 90° powered roller conveyor available at additional cost.

Soft start / soft stop AC frequency drive with powered conveyors ensure smooth full pallet in feed flow. Alignment bar mechanism corrects forklift full pallet askew delivery. Heavy duty hoist supported on all four corners. Bi-directional servo system registers sequential layer to sweep mechanism. Layer plate fully supports the bottom of each layer. Unique O.M.S. Capable of depalletizing metal, glass, and plastic containers, Approx 36' x 46" W pallet infeed conveyor, accumulation table provides steady and continuous flow of product pallets up to 44" L x 56" W, powered sweep carriage for smooth and positive movement of containers from the pallet to the accumulation table, slipsheet removal manually, and approx 21' L x 46" W empty pallet accumulation section, Remote control panel, has on machine controller with start / stop, table, lift, conveyor controls with e-stop, and was last doing 7oz, and 14oz metal cans.
