Form and Fill Strip Packaging Vertical form / fill / seal machines (form, fill, & seal) designed create a pouch from two rolls of heat sealable film and insert product (usually pills or tablets) into the pouch. Form-fill strip packaging machines then seals the two films together along the bottom, top, and both sides of the pouch and can run multiple pouches across the width of the film. Often, multiple products are fed into the same pouch.
INVpack, Model MVA3, Automatic, vertical, stainless steel, form, fill and seal sachet machine. Rated up to 280 sachets per minute – depending on materials, appliaction and machine configuration. Roll size: 300mm max film width; 300mm max OD. Sachet size range: 40mm to 150mm in width; 50mm to 150mm in length (depending on how many lanes are being used). Equipped with single web, film registration, (4) 6½" long vertical seal bars, (1) 7" wide horizontal seal bar with tear notch, emboss coder, slitter wheels with vacuum trim removal and cut off knife. Control panel with touch screen HMI.

INV-PACK, Model BY300, Servo, vertical strip packaging machine. Rated from 5 to 30 cycles per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Film Specifications: up to 320mm in width on a 400mm diameter reel. Stick size: 17mm to 35mm in width x 60mm to 160mm in length. Equipped with film registration, static eliminator, laser coder, product hopper, (4) head auger filler, 6¾" long vertical seal bars, 12½" wide horizontal seal bars and (4) lane 1½" wide take away conveyor with a 49½" discharge height. Control panel touch screen HMI and push button start / stop. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
