Frain Industries can help you with your paddle carbon powder mixer project no matter how big or small your mixing needs. Mixer Powder Paddle Carbon is similar to the paddle mixer operation and the only difference is the materials of construction.
Scott Equipment Co, Model RD25, 25 cu ft, rotary drum batch mixer with number of lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Vessel dimensions: 45" diameter x 73" long and has 4" high internal stationary mixing baffles with 15" OD product in feed and can be run both in forward or reverse with pneumatic clamp down, swing open access door, with 8" OD top product port and feed chute, 16" x 8" discharge port with 10" ground clearance. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with front trunnion wheel guarding. Powered by 5 Hp chain to motor drive.

Scott, 50 ft³ ( 45 ft³ workable), dimple jacketed paddle mixer with carbon steel contact parts, with pounds of product per hour – depending on marterials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions: 48" in Length; 44" in Width; 49" in Depth. Equipped with a 2½" diameter motor shaft, 5" diameter mixing shaft with 20" x 6" carbon steel paddles powered by a 10 Hp drive, 12" x 12" OD / 8" x 8" ID rectangular flange style center bottom discharge with pneumatic slide gate valve and 30" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) leg base frame.
