4 axis robotic arm vaccum pic-n-place palletizer capable of indexing up to 1000 mm/sec. Unit is able to move product between floor level and 80"(H) and is rated to pick up a maximum weight of 110 lbs. Equipped with 8 1/2" x 10" vaccum head (4 cup) mounted on 80"(L) robotic arm and LCD display w/input keyboard & Fanuc System R Model H PLC control. Robotic arm is controlled by two servomotors and is capable of moving in three dimensions. Unit mounted over powered 16"(W) powered roller conveyor with (4) straight sections with total length of 19' and discharge height of 22" and (2) 45 degree sections with discharge height of 48".
