Fully automatic under-the-press granulator capable of 25 - 50 lbs/min. Features a 19"L x 24"W product infeed hopper, a 63"L x 5" diameter screw, a three rotary/two stationary scissor cut knife arrangement, a one piece reverse-flight auger, a 8" x 8" cutting chamber, and a vacuum pump to feed granulated plastic out. Equipped with 1 hp blower assembly w/starter package, a screen with 1/4" diameter openings, lexan cover for feed screw, E-stop, and electrical interlocks. Powered by a 3hp motor.
