Frain Industries can help you with your Impulse bag sealer project no matter how big or small your sealing needs. Sealer Bag Impulse is a bag sealer which uses impulse sealing jaws to seal a bag made of heat sealable material.
Automatic, stainless steel, bagging system for loading and sealing poly bags from rollstock at up to 25 bags per minute. Utilizes preformed polyethylene bags perforated at break, and fan folded in box . Bag size range: 8" – 24" L x 7" – 13" W. Equipped with 15" W seal jaw, open bag detection prior to loading. High integrity seals reduce chance of product loss. Product is loaded thru top mounted funnel , fabricated per apllication. Automated fillers can be mounted or can manual fill. Equipped with imprinter for data coding and NEMA 4X enclosures.
