Tank Processors are tanks that are used for processing materials which usually are made of Stainless Steel and are fully jacketed and insulated with agitators and are designed for complete drainage of the products. Processing tanks are usually dished top and bottoms and may have Clean in Place capability. Processing tanks have a variety of agitation for simple mixers to triple motion agitators and full scrapping of the product from the walls and the bottom.
Feldmeier, 2000 gallon capacity, stainless steel jacketed and insulated process tank. 316L stainless steel contact parts and 304 stainless steel jacket and exteroir parts. Vessel dimensions: 84" diameter with 84" straight wall. Equipped with dome top, 18" OD flip top man way, top mounted 15 Hp side and bottom scrape surface agitation, CIP spray balls and thermowell. Dish bottom has 3½" OD / 3" ID center bottom ball valve discharge with 8" ground clearence. Control panel with push button start / stop and variable speed control. Mounted on (4) legs with foot pads.

Slant bottom has 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp side bottom discharge with 8" floor clearance. Rectangle construction provides maximum capacity in small floor area.

Jacket has (9) 3/4" threaded I.D. side ports, (2) 1" threaded O.D. threaded side ports. Mounted on 4 legs. Nation Board # 2046.

Mueller, 550 gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed dual agitation internal pressure rating of 20 psi @ 350°F and 60psi @ 350°F for the jacket. Dual prop agitation. Dome top with 20" man way , 52" sidewall, 57" ID, multipile 2" inlet/outlets on top of vessel. Dish bottom with 2½" sanitary center bottom discharge 2½" above the ground. Mounted on 4 legs for stability.
