Our metal tube equipment and machines include manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and intermittent motion metal tube fillers, with a variety of speeds, tube size ranges, and fill ranges depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Some of our machines are equipped with stainless steel product hopper, bottom up fill, pocket rotary tube holder conveyor capable of running forward and backward. Some of our metal tube filling machines feature dual cassette tube infeed, tube cleaning, bottom up fill, no tube no fill. Most include stainless steel construction and may require Change parts to accommodate size and fill range. Frain is fully staffed with engineers and technicians who can completely integrate metal tube filling machines, retrofitting or reconditioning each machine to meet your exact specifications. We include in-house testing with every machine that ships, proof of concept and trial runs.
Norden 602 automatic, metal tube filler and (saddle fold) sealer. Tube size range: 10mm to 50mm in Diameter; 50mm to 250mm in Height. Fill size range: to 300ml Equipped with cassette style tube magazine, 18 pocket rotary turret, print registration, product hopper with level sensor, positive displacement fill station, bottom up fill, no tube / no fill, metal tube closure and faulty tube stop. Additionally features PLC controller with touch screen, 10 character code slot (able to code one or two side), E-stop, status light, interlocked guarding, stainless steel contact parts. Mounted on anodized aluminum frame with leveling legs. Change parts required to accommodate size and fill range. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Norden Model AM1000, Automatic, stainless steel, metal tube filler and sealer rated from 20 to 100 tubes per minute – depending on materials, application and tube size: 10mm to 50mm in Diameter; 50mm to 250mm in Length with volume of fills – depending on materials, application and proper change parts. Equipped with 30" long empty tube magazine, stainless steel conical product hopper with auger and level detection, (22) 3" ID tube pockets set on 4" centers with no tube / no fill, bottom up fill and crimp fold seal. Control panel has hand / auto, run / jog switches, stirrer and heater controls with start, stop, e-stop and hand held controller. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Equipped with empty tube magazine, stainless steel conical product hopper with level detection, tube registration, air cleaner, bottom up fill, saddle fold seal, emboss code and Control panel with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding.
