The Reality Check

Congratulations!  You’ve researched equipment to purchase, verified the equipment you’re purchasing will run your actual product samples and have agreed to the price and terms with our engineering and sales team.

The next step in the process is a final reality check – or, what we at Frain call the Hand-Off Call.

Why is this important?

Before you come to Frain for the Factory Acceptance Test and in-person, comprehensive equipment review and training with your team – the Hand-Off Call is your chance to get your team on the phone with our’s before you come in.

Most calls last 10 – 15 minutes, but include final verification of machine:

• Speed, size, ranges, utility requirements
• Lead time
• Special instructions
• Recap and verify project with shop team

After the hand-off, you’ll come in for a factory acceptance test to see the equipment running, working and doing exactly what you expect it to do before your order ships.
