As a Frain Inside Sales Representative, you will begin an exciting career where hard work is rewarded through a no-cap commission plan. Leveraging Frain’s unique position as a single source provider of ready to ship processing and packaging equipment, you’ll call on companies throughout the United States, identifying new business opportunities. Frain’s ongoing marketing campaigns allow our Sales Representatives to contact 200+ companies per day, providing the platform for motivated individuals to reach their desired commission. Frain’s training program and team atmosphere quickly give our Sales Representatives the opportunity to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new leads through consistent outbound calling campaigns
  • Articulate Frain’s unique offering to overcome customer objections
  • Demonstrate the ability to close sales by utilizing internal resources
  • Expand existing relationships through timely follow up

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Self-starter with strong sales personability
  • Excellent communication and phone presentation skills
