Aasted Model 1000, 8 plate chocolate tempering system rated up to 1000 kg or (2,200 lbs) per hour with pressure rating up to 6 bar – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" OD x 24" High tempering chamber and has (8) 18" OD x 2-1/2" High water jacketed and scrape surface agitation plates. Top flanged bolt down cover has 8" OD flange with (28) 1/2" bolts on 3" centers and 3" ID threaded port and temperature gauge. 2-1/2" OD threaded bottom port with 3/4" water and product circulation piping and bottom motor drive. Enclosed chamber has (5) temperature zone heat controllers, water pump, main heater, day cooling, day re-heating and night heating switches with e-stops. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
