Aasted, Model AMT 1000, 8 plate chocolate tempering unit with 1000 Kg or 2,200 pounds of chocolate per hour with maximum pressure rating of 6 bars – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" OD x 28" H tempering chamber has (8) 18" OD x 2-1/2" high water jacketed, scrape surface agitated plates. Top flanged bolt down cover with (16) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers and top flanged product port with (8) 1/2" bolts on 2-1/2" centers and side bottom 7-3/8" OD flanged and 3" ID product port with (4) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers and 1/2" side water and product circulation piping with filters for rapid heat transfer and cooling thru surface area of the tempering elements with e-stops. Mounted on (4) leg 46" x 46" platform style base frame.
