Aasted Model AMT1000, 6 plate, chocolate tempering system rated from 700 kg to 1000 kg, or 1,500 to 2,200 lbs per hour with maximum pressure rating of 6 bars. – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" OD x 24" High tempering chamber with (6) 18" OD x 3"High water jacketed, scrape surface agitated plates, flanged bolt down cover has (18) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers with top and side 8" OD flanged product ports with (4) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers, 3/4" side water circulation piping with bottom motor drive and side enclosed cabinet with heat exchagers and circulation product and water pumps. Mounted on painted base frame.
