Arpac Model TS2152RC / 65TW-28, automatic continous motion, servo driven, tray former / loader shrink bundler and tunnel rated from 10 to 60 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Trayer: Size range: 4-3/4" to 20" in Length; 7-1/4" to 16-1/4" in Width; 4" to 12-1/2" in Height with proper change parts. Equipped with 153" x 16-1/2" flexlink product in feed conveyor with lane dividers, star wheel to rotary flight bar indexing feed system with 26" wide flight bar on 36" centers and top hold down bars. 114" long x 16-1/2" wide extended powered blank tray feed conveyor has end lift section to side mounted blank tray magazine with vacuum suction cup pick n place and pusher plate 104" long lugged tray forming, sealing, discharge conveyor, Nordson (2) gun hot melt glue system, major / minor flap closers and side rail compression section.
Bundler: Size range: 6" to 16" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 2" to 10" in Height. Equipped with 68" long x 19" wide Flexlink in feed conveyor with 27" wide bar rotary flight bar indexing system on 24" centers, 27" long top and bottom film rolls with side film splice stations, 29" wide seal jaw with 10" vertical travel and 28" long 17" wide flexlink transfer conveyor from bundler.
Dual zone tunnel with 32" wide x 16-1/2" high total aperture; 105" long shrink chamber, 148" long x 29" wide flex link product conveyor, with top rear cooling fan and with swing arm touch pad controller. Central control panel for both machines has Allen Bradley PLC with variable speed controllers. Both mounted on common base frame.
