Continuous, single cylinder, ice cream freezer capable of 100 to 400 gallons per hour of 100% overrun ice cream (50 to 200 gallons per hour of input mix). Has full flooded ammonia refrigeration, discharge pump, overrun control, Viscotrol set point, Camflex pressure regulator, liters mix LED display, and manual kwik-clean / kwik-fill. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
