Towelette pouch packager currently set for a 3 up 16 panel towelette. The towelette is based on 3 – 8" webs, fed thru a 4 fold plow, 9-1/2" cut-off & then fed thru double fold head for insertion into pouch. Final towelette is 2-1/4 x 2-1/2". Packager uses single roll stand for 8" max webs, registered, split & folded thru vertical heat seal section.Now set up for 3 x 3 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" long pouches. Equipped with 5 cc filamatic liquid dosage pumps for moistened towelette applications, UV Light box for towellette material steriliziation & 10" wide x 10′ long discharge conveyor. The complete towellete fan & cross folding plus package film roll stand is unitized on the towellete head.
