Circle Model V18VD4C, Vertical, 6-up, servo driven form fill and seal rated 10 to 60 cycles per minute – with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with powered film unwind, film slitter, registration, tension assist, film assist pull wheels, liquid filling system with (6) Filamatic pistons, (3) lobe horizontal cross seal arbors, side sealers, cross cut knife. Film specifications: up to 36" in Width; up to 14" in diameter; on 3" core. Control panel has relay logic controller and has swing arm controls with start, stop, jog, run, main safety with temperture controllers and e-stop. Mounted on height adjustable legged frame.
