HMC Model IM 7-14, automatic, intermittent motion, horizontial, mechanical driven, form, fill and seal machine rated from 10 to 100 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Pouch size range: 2" to 5-3/4" in Width; 2" to 9-1/2" in Length. Equipped with chain pouch feed conveyor has 14 stations set on 7" centers, forming plow, film tension rollers, (1) side seal and cut-off station, no pouch / no fill detection, suction cup style pouch opener. Spee Dee Digitronic servo auger filler with controls, rotary top seal cleaner, (1) heat seal and (1) cooling bar with pouch pick-off station and vacuum pump. 18" OD max film roll, with 20" max web width, on 1" OD core. Control Panel has A/B controls with touch screen controller, vari speed, top, bottom and side heat seal controls, start, stop, run, jog and e-stop buttons, seal bar, vacuum, filler and web control switches with safety guarding.
