Imar / Apm Inc, Multi-lane, vertical, form, fill, seal machine rated up to 360 packages per minute – depending on pouch and fill size. Currently set as 9-up, with individual driven auger filling heads, 26" Wide x 3/4" Thick (4) lobe horizontal sealing rollers, side vertical seal rollers, puller wheels, slitters, and knife cut-off. (1) film roll reel with maximum 48" OD width on 3" ID core, with a center film slicer and film registration. Control panel has PLC, with Imar VT160W touch pad controller and panel view with controls for single film roll, cross and heater seal, with quench, knife, registration controls, stop / start, and e-stops. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
Last doing 6 gram flavored powded power drink in a (2.8" W x 4" L) 4 side seal pouch.
