Prodo Pak Model 1000HFF2, Form, Fill & seal machine with number of pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. (4) sided seal bag up to 22-1/2" wide x 18" long. Equipped with dual auger feeders and webs, currently set for supported film and has (2) 8" diameter (192oz) pistons with manifold for single or multiple pouch filling, electric eye registration, bag deflator, 20" maximum roll diameter on 3" core. Control package has PLC controller. Mounted on a stainless steel platform with access ladder. Last filling 5 to 20 pound pasta sauce in an institutional size bag.
