Recpro automatic, inline, re-closeable, zipper seal attachment machine capable of appling zippers up to 50 bags per minute – depending on materials and application. Unit mounts under, or behind the infeed conveyor of a form, fill, seal machine and is driven by the film unwind to ensure proper tension for the zipper application and is timed in with photo eye that reads the (eye or registration mark) for accurate placement of the zipper to the bag and is capable of appling zippers to both vertical and horizontal form, fill, seal machines and has 6" unwind spindle, double seal top and bottom heat sealing dies with temperature heat seal controllers.
