Rovema Model SBS 250, automatic, combination, form and fill with top shaping and sealing systems for "brick pack" style bags rated from 40 to 120 packages per minute – depending on materials and application. Size range: 1-19/32" to 6-3/32" in Length; 1-3/16" to 3-3/4" in Width; 2-3/4" to 11-13/16" in Height. Equipped with (2) VPI 260 vertical form, fill, seal machines with side vacuum film assist belts, film registration, 10" long hot knife horizontal jaw and 14" vertical seal, with "stabilo" forming tool and gusset attachments, 21′ long product conveyor with 3-1/2" long x 3-1/4" wide x 8" deep bag carriers, empty bag pressing station to ensure bags enter fill station at same height, fill station with opener, top former and centering device, cut, seal, bag notch and hole punch stations. Control panel with PLC and a swing arm controller, date coder, labeling system and safety guarding.
