Sanko Model 6-up, automatic, vertical, servo driven, powder stick pack, machine with auger filler rated from 20 to 60 cycles per minute – depending on materials and application. Package size range: 2- 3/4" to 7-1/2" or (70mm – 190mm) in Length; 1/2" to 2" or (10mm – 50mm) in Width, with proper change parts. Fill range: 1cc to 30cc. Equipped with All Fill Model M400 SV6 servo driven auger filler with product hopper mounted above stick pack machine, film rolls with powered film feed, splice station, 6 rotary slicing knives, 6 forming tubes with 9" long vertical clamp fin heat seal jaws and 2-1/4" wide horizontal heat seal jaws, pouch discharge chutes with 45" long x 5" wide cleated discharge conveyor on 6" centers and film scrap removal. Remote control panel has A/B CPU controller with panel view, statis light bar and safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg height adjustable frame.
