Stoelting heavy duty, stainless steel, jacketed, cheese curd processing table with batch working capacity up to 4450 lbs on (granular) and 4100 lbs on (milled) product. Has 46′ 6" Long x 66" Wide x 16-1/2" Deep inside dimmension processing table, sloped to 46′ Long x 6-1/4" Wide x 3" Deep center drain trough, with filtering screens. Full hot water, low pressure jacketed, with 1 Hp motor drive for hi / low speed control of product travel and 3 Hp drive for hi and low product mixing with top mounted (4) rake style product agitator and heavy duty stainless steel frame. Used for either salting and draining of whey, or salting draining and matting of whey.
