Back to All EquipmentUrschel, Model OV, automatic, USDA approved slicer, for uniform flat or crinkle style slices of a variety of bakery and snack food products with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 52" long V-Belt in feed with 25" long load area, product hold down belt and 8½" OD discharge with 14" ground clearance. Will accommodate products up to 2¾" in diameter and capable of flat or crinkle slices and will produce flat slices from 1/16" to 1¾" thick. Change parts required to accommodate different size and cut ranges. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.
