Equipped with (2) 10" OD x 28" Long, type 30 open dasher freezer cylinders, uses ammonia as refrigerant, (2) mix and two rotary discharge pumps with 1-1/2" OD sanitary infeed / discharge ports. Twin tube controls with dasher, refrigerant, feed / mix pump and liquid slurry controllers, quick shut off valves, dasher motors, freezer and pressure gauges.
