WCB Model 33D181, continuous, 6 barrel, scrape surface, amonnia refrigerant, mix air, ice cream freezer, rated from 450 to 900 gallons of total mix and 900 to 1800 gallons of total ice cream using 6 barrels per hour with 100% over run – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (6) 15" OD x 52" Long scrape surface product barrels, using 60 tons of refrigerent @ 2 psi evaporator pressure for 1800 gallons per hour of product output, 40 Deg F maximum mix temperature (2) PD pumps transfer pumps, amonnia refrigerant with 3/4" refrigerant liquid, hot gas and pressure lines and a 3-1/2" refrigerant suction line with (3) 30 Hp dasher motors. Remote control panel has A/B contoller with touch pad contols and panel view.
