Continuous, single cylinder, ice cream freezer capable of 100 to 400 gallons per hour of 100% over run ice cream, 200 gallons per hour of input mix. Rated at 150 Psi at 650°F and -20°F at 150 Psi. Equipped with full flooded ammonia refrigeration, a 20 HP dasher motor, 3 Hp Hydralics discharge pump, over run control, Viscotrol set point, Camflex pressure regulator, liters mix LED display, and manual kwik-clean / kwik-fill. Mounted on s/s frame.
