Tray size range: 11" to 24" L x 8" to 20.5" W x 4" to 12" H, has top 54" L x 19" W, and (2) side 48" L x 11" W blank tray section magazines, with vacuum pick – n -place, center guide rollers, forming mandrel, has 21" tray discharge height, with Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel with mechanical drive, start / stop, glue, magazine, jog, cycle, on / off control switches and e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs.
