Automatic, intermittent motion, horizontal, walking beam, tuck cartoner capable of speeds from 30 to 60 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Cartons size range: 1/2" – 3 1/2" L x 1/2" – 2" W x 2" – 7 3/4" D, has adjustable bucket in feed, right angle product pusher into carton, dual walking beam drive on 4-3/4" centers, 27" L magazine, reciprocating vacuum pic-n-place, top carton squaring mechanism and e-stop. AB SLC 5/04 with Panel View, integrated vacuum pump, changeover gauges and barrier guarding with electrical interlock, and is mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and height adjustable legs.
