We’re looking for an experienced CAD Designer who is proficient in Design Concept, Solid Modeling, Print Detailing, Facility Layout, GD&T application, Assembly drawing creation (and instructions), writing and presenting reports to engineering teams, and organizing and cataloging test results data for future reference.

Summary
IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing all IT personnel within the organization, as well as planning and deploying infrastructure features for the organization, evaluating hardware & software platforms, analyzing their performance, and recommending changes based on the experience and project requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to the members of the IT staff, ensuring that appropriate resources are in place to complete required tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff.
- Direct involvement in incidents that cause service impact and acts as main point of contact for issues not being resolved in a timely manner.
- Design, implement, & update policies to improve the quality and efficiency of support services, including priority level delegation.
- Ensure that systems and processes are maintained & followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery.
- Provide LAN support and administration across all facilities.
- Establish & enforce standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure including network, access rights, desktops, servers & internal applications.
- Responsible for overall system and infrastructure stability & design to reduce failures.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, & Microsoft Active Directory.
- Responsible for management of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and productivity tools such as MSOffice.
- Install, configure, and support new and existing servers and network infrastructure.
- Monitor business critical processes and systems.
- Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
- Plan and lead the replacement of infrastructure nearing end of life.
- Maintain and improve server & network performance, reliability, and security using industry best practices.
- Manage and configure physical security, disaster recovery, and data backup systems.
- Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and for possible upgrades or improvements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage the performance objectives and professional development of the IT team including the initiation, monitoring, review and validation of individual training and development plans in line with organizational and business requirements.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support.
- Performs any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
Work Experience and/or Skills
- 3+ Years’ experience of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure, service delivery and IT security
- Good understanding of server & desktop hardware/operating system, networking, firewalls
- Ability to manage through organizational changes
- Interpersonal Skills, Collaborative mindset, and Adaptable
- Excellent oral, written, presentation communication skills
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
- Analytical approach with ability to identify issues & inefficiencies
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, firewall management, & O365 administration
