Holmatic Model PR-3S, 3 lane, inline, stainless steel, cup filler, roll stock film sealer rated from 30 to 120 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Sanitary stainless steel and hard anodized aluminum construction. Container size range: 5" to 7" in Diameter; up to 7.3" in Height. Fill volume up to 90oz each head. Change parts required to accommodate different sizes. Equipped with 180" long cup conveyor has 8-3/4" long x 24" wide carrier plates currently set with (3) 4-1/4" OD cup pockets set on 9" centers, cup de-nest station, 30" long x 17" wide x 24" deep, stainless steel, jacketed, agitated product hopper, (3) head piston filler, with (3) 15" long x 2-1/4" ID pistons, and 2-1/4" OD nozzles (change part per application) no container / no fill, automatic film roll stock feeder and rewinder with die cut heat sealing stations. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B onboard panelview and operator read out (3) heat seal, start, stop, e-stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with cage style safety guarding.
