WCB / Anderson, Continuous, ammonia cooled, (3) tube nickel chrome plated freezing tubes rated from 20 to 75 gallons of mix per hour and 40 to 150 gallons of ice cream at 100% overrun per tube. Equipped with independent operation of tubes, (3) motor load gauges to determine product stiffness and stainless steel dashers with scraper blades. (3)10 Hp dasher motors, (3) 3 Hp mix pump motors, 1" Quick Clamp sanitary in feed and 1-3/8" out feed connections, three ammonia flow control dials with ammonia pressure gauges, and a clean-in-place switch selection. Requires 6-1/2 tons of refrigeration (19.5 for all three tubes) at 2 pound back pressure. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
