PolyPack, Model PH-24L, Automatic, intermittent motion, stainless steel, shrink bundler and heat tunnel. Rated from 5 to 25 bundles per minute - depending on materials and application. Maximum bundle size: 18" in Length; 20" in Width; 10" in Height. Equipped with 9" wide x 128" long, right angle product in feed conveyor with pneumatic pusher assembly, 24" wide Teflon coated hot knife seal bar, top hold down and easy access dual film roll carriage has 24" wide, 3" OD clear polyethylene film on 3" core. Single zone shrink tunnel with 13" high x 27" wide aperture x 58" long heat chamber with 25" wide x 112" long product roller conveyor running thru heat tunnel. Control panel has touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs. OAD: 224" L x 186" W x 90" H
