Activity and Achievement

As head coach over a span of 12 years, John Wooden lead the UCLA men’s basketball team to 10 championship titles.

Among many of his unforgettable quotes is, “Never mistake activity and achievement.”

This highly relates to our industry as companies do not win by being active, but rather being highly efficient in achieving their goals.

Many times this comes in the form of using technology over manpower to automate manual processes.

While this can very well increase productivity and profits, it will decrease human activity and sometimes a perception that less is happening when in fact the opposite is true.

When companies more efficiently reach their goals thru technology they become more profitable and are able to hire and or pay employees more.

Just as technology replaces old jobs, it creates new jobs with new profits and growth for the companies who embrace it.

The bottom line is the P & L spreadsheet, not sweat equity.

John Wooden also said – “It isn’t what you do, but how you do it.”

It’s one of the first questions our engineers ask, “How are you packaging (or processing) it today?”  We are 100% about the how and making improvements to it.

We’ll discuss how you are packaging or processing today and how we can leverage new machinery and technology to help your business.

With equipment rental and lease financing options, you could easily offset thousands in manpower costs in month one, while more efficiently meeting your goals.
