The Frain Group can help you design a bag dumper into your packaging and processing solution. Bag Dumper equipment is used to introduce bagged materials to be dumped into a common point. Once a bag dumper has done its job, products can be added into a mixer or transport material handling system. Bag dumper systems can be manual to fully automated, depending on your specific needs. Bag dumper systems can even be used to include the large bulk sack handling ingredients into a process system. A bag dumper station is commonly integrated with receiving hoppers and dust collectors in order to help make your packaging or processing solution dust-free.
Young Industries Model MI-1010, stainless steel, self contained bag dump and dust collection system with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 45" long x 36" wide product bag dump access port with flip-up cover x 30" deep pyramid shaped hopper with magnetic safety grid and bottom 7" OD product screw discharge with 3/4 Hp motor drive and onboard 8-bag dust collector with top mounted 1.5 Hp fan motor drive. Control panel has cycle timer, fan and delumper start / stop, discharge open / close switches, mixer start / stop and e-stop controls with Dayton photo helix guage. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel base frame.

Equipped with flip open front product cover with safety grate and 1½ hp top mounted blower motor. Dust collection system with (12) bag filters and dual pulse filter cleaning feature. Cone bottom discharge with vibrator feeds to a pneumatic slide gate lock with 2½"OD / 2" ID Tri-clamp fitting for connection to in house vacuum transport system. Mounted on (4) leg base platform.
